Bourse Jackie Scholars Return From 3 Months of Intensive English Training in Ghana

Five of our Bourse Jackie scholars, from Cohort 3, recently returned home from three months of intensive English language training in Accra, Ghana at the BT Institute.

Our Founder, Barry Hoffner, surprised them with a visit to Ghana to inspect the school about half-way through their stay and he was already impressed with the amount of learning taking place.

We give them a standardized test for English language proficiency before they begin their studies and test them again at the end. All five made significant progress. You can see how well one of our stronger students, Nana Djenne, speaks English today after her studies in Ghana.
