We bring education to children in Mali, village by village, reversing the injustice of illiteracy.

Caravan to Class brings together the needs of children in villages in Africa, the hope and desires of their parents, the responsibility of the elders of the villages, the administrative capability of our partner non-governmental organizations, and our supporters to advance the cause of literacy in one of Africa’s most historically significant places.

Build & Sustain Schools

Since 2010, we have worked to build, repair, equip and support 17 schools that serve over 3,000 kids

Bourse Jackie

The Bourse Jackie scholarship is awarded to five deserving young women from Timbuktu annually to attend university and develop leadership skills

Adult Literacy

We engage the mothers of our students basic literacy in their local languages to ensure that each family is invested in education

What Caravan to Class is creating in Mali, and what your students are accomplishing for themselves, helps buoy my spirits and keeps me more optimistic and balanced in my day to day life.
